Before your first visit

With most plans, you can start without a referral under New York's direct access rule, for up to 10 visits or 30 days, whichever comes first. Car accident (No-Fault) and Workers' Compensation cases need a referral. Check the insurance plans we accept, see our self-pay rates, or read the new patient guide to know what to bring.

Ready to book? Call (716) 332-4838 or request an appointment, and tell us which part of Western New York you are coming from so we can suggest a time that fits your drive.
