Dr. Ryan Mitchell, PT, DPT, earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Daemen College (now Daemen University) in 2014 and has spent his career in orthopedic physical therapy. He joined the clinic on Virginia Street in July 2017 and is now a co-owner of Lake Erie Physical Therapy.
Ryan's practice is built around the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, which he pairs with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and patient education. His goal with every patient is the same: reduce pain, restore function and prevent the problem from coming back.
A former collegiate cross country runner at Daemen, Ryan brings an athlete's perspective to rehab and still plays co-ed sports, so he understands what it takes to get back to the activities you care about.
